Liability for contents
As a service provider, under section 7(1) TMG we are liable for our own content on this site in accordance with general legislation. However, under sections 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not required to monitor or, depending on the circumstances, investigate third-party information transmitted or saved that suggests unlawful activity.
This is without prejudice to obligations under general legislation to remove information or block it from being used. Any liability in this regard can only start from the moment of awareness of a specific breach of the law. Once we become aware of any such breaches, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties with content that is outside our control. We therefore cannot give any warranty for such third-party content.
